Arrival in the morning, acceptation at CAST Alimenti (Centre of alimentary art, science and technology) and attendance at a cooking course aimed at preparing traditional dishes with the help of academic cooks. Lunch at CAST Alimenti with traditional dishes and sweets prepared during the course and DOC wines. Visit to one of the Museums of the Wine Route and to a wine cellar, illustration of typical food and wine products, sampling of wine and tasting of typical food products. Farmhouse or hotel accommodation, traditional dinner and overnight stay. In the morning of the second day floral laboratory, where participants will create their own floral composition. Lunch in a typical restaurant.
