One of the symbols of the Italian cookery in the world, presented during an intensive course, lasting one day. The traditional pizzas and buns: dough, leavening, stuffing.
Practical demonstration in making dough, preparation and baking of the classic Italian pizza: the participants will prepare at least one pizza. Knowledge and use of the necessary kitchen utensils.
