Three days dedicated to the gastronomic preparations that make Italy famous all over the world. The basic receipt for making gravies, sauces, concentrates and seasonings.
Not only spaghetti. Gnocchi, crepes, lasagnas, freshly home-made and stuffed pastas, dry pastas, soups, vegetable soups, potages and... Quality and creativeness of the first courses, from tradition to the latest trends, paying special care to the preparation techniques as well as the presentation and composition of the dish itself: prerequisites to make, besides a first course, a real Italian first course.
